• The number of guests must not be exceeded without the permission of management

• Guests are required to leave the property clean, tidy and in the condition as it was found

• No responsibility will be taken for items lost or stolen from the property. Cars are parked at your own risk

• Pets with the exception of guide dogs are not permitted

• Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the external areas of the complex

• No loud, disruptive or abusive behaviour will be tolerated, please be considerate of others and keep the noise levels down at night.

• Fire equipment must not be tampered with. Please go to the fire assembly point when the fire alarm sounds.
